Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

We do ship internationally. So you may shop for yourself or send gifts to your overseas friends and relatives. We recommend courier services for shipping of the products you ordered. Your rights regarding the delivery of the products shall be governed by the terms and conditions of such a forwarder, which will be available for perusal upon request. By choosing the forwarder we recommend, you agree that we will appoint such a forwarder to handle all the aspects of the delivery on your behalf. We will not be responsible for any act or failure to act on the part of such a forwarder.

 

However, you are free to choose other shipping services or use whichever forwarder for the delivery. In case you wish to use a forwarder which is different from our own suggestion, please contact our Customer Service Representative by e-mail: hello@vauclusefragrance.com.

Important Notice

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT or GST), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Vaucluse Fragrance is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

All delivery timeframes are calculated from the date of dispatch and serve as an estimate only. Vaucluse Fragrance will not be liable to you for losses suffered or incurred due to delivery delays.

 

Some of the customs authorities may take a relatively long time for customs clearance and inspections, the estimated delivery time may take longer.  The delivery time may also vary due to country of delivery, shipping method selected, customs issues, logistic arrangements, weather, COVID restrictions and seasonal holiday (i.e. Christmas, Chinese New Year, Easter).

 

If your order is large and over a certain weight, we may separate them into several orders to meet the weight requirement. You will be notified all the tracking numbers by email.

 

    How do I check the status of my order?

    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

     

    If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at VF@vauclusefragrance.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

     

    Undeliverable Orders

    Occasionally orders are returned to us as incorrect address, a PO Box and hotel address, failed delivery attempts, refuse to pay tax, refuse to provide ID copy, unable to make import declarations or parcel refused by recipient.

     

    When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund by deducting the original shipping fee, handling fee and 15% of the value of products as re-stocking fee.  

     

    We can re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed. However, customers will be charged shipping fees for resending the parcel.
