How do I join VAUCLUSE Rewards?
Select Join rewards and follow the signup instructions. If you already have an account, sign in to view your points and available rewards.
How can I earn points?
Earn 1 point per HK$1 spent, 500 points for signing up and 500 points for your birthday. You can also earn 100 points each for liking us on Facebook, sharing on Facebook and following us on Instagram. View the rewards panel for available actions and their conditions.
How do I redeem my points?
Sign in and select View my rewards. Choose an available reward and follow the redemption instructions. Check its conditions before redeeming, then apply your reward code at checkout.
What happens if I shop in another currency?
Our purchase earning rate and fixed-value rewards are expressed in Hong Kong dollars (HKD). Fixed-value discount codes are converted to your checkout currency when applied, so the local-currency value may vary with exchange rates. Percentage rewards, such as 20% off, apply to eligible prices in your checkout currency.
Can I combine rewards with other discounts?
Combination rules vary by reward. Our 20%-off reward is configured to allow eligible product and shipping discounts, but not other order discounts. Check your reward’s conditions and the final discount at checkout.
How does refer a friend work?
Share your referral link from the rewards panel. Your friend receives an HK$30-off coupon, and you receive an HK$30-off coupon once they make their first order. Both coupons require a minimum purchase of HK$200 and cannot be combined with other discounts. The friend’s coupon is restricted to their account. HKD discount values are converted to your checkout currency when applied.
